销售条款

本Edelweiss Travel 雪绒花旅行的《销售条款》仅适用于散拼团，定制团条款详见各活动确认书附件。您在提交预订、支付定金或全款时，即视为已阅读并同意：


销售政策:

客户报名后如需转让名额,需与雪绒花旅行社书面确认。 客户须承担因转让而产生的改签等费用。

不可控因素:

如遇特殊及不可避免的情况(自然灾害、战争……),旅行社无法履行合同的,我们将在行程开始前尽快通知客户。

定金和尾款支付:

客人如确认报名,需向雪绒花旅行社支付总费用 50% 的定金,剩下 50%的尾款最迟应在行程开始前 35 天支付。

取消政策:

由于收到押金后,我们需要立即为客户预订住宿和相关活动。

  • 离行程出发三个月前取消可退全款,
  • 离行程出发两个月前取消可退已支付定金的 50%,
  • 离行程出发一个月前取消扣除已支付定金的 100%
  • 行程出发前一个月内若取消行程定金和尾款不作退还


行程路线可以根据活动出行期间的天气情况灵活调整。

保险不包含在价格中,请参团客户务必购买出境旅游保险。

雪绒花旅行提供正规的旅游旅轿、旅轿保险和持照导游。 雪绒花旅行尽全力确保客户度过一个愉快而难忘的假期。

若客人擅自离团,旅行社不承担任何责任。

The “Terms of Sale” of Edelweiss Travel (雪绒花旅行) apply only to group tours formed through shared group’s arrangements. Terms for customized tours are specified in the annex of each activity’s confirmation document.

By submitting a booking, paying a deposit, or paying the full amount, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following:

Sales Policy:

If a client needs to transfer the quota after registration, it needs to confirm with Edelweiss Travel in writing. The client shall bear the expenses arising from the transfer, such as changing the ticket.

Major force:

In case of exceptional and unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, wars…), the travel agency is unable to comply with the contract, the client will be notified as soon as possible before the start of the trip.

Deposit and final payment:

50% deposit payment to Edelweiss Travel Agency when the tour is confirmed, another 50% final payment should be complete at latest 35 days before the tour start.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancel three months before the trip and get a full refund.
  • Cancel two months before the trip, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made one month before departure will deduct 100% of the deposit paid.
  • If the trip is canceled within one month before departure, the deposit and balance will not be refunded.

The trip itineary can be flexibly adjusted according to the weather conditions during the activity trip.

Insurance is not included in the price, clients must purchase their own travel insurance.

Edelweiss Travel agency provides formal travel vehicles with insurance and licensed guides.

Edelweiss Travel try its best to ensure that clients have a happy and memorable holiday.

If a client leaves the group without authorization, the travel agency will not be held responsible.
